Purpose Statement:
Responsible for managing, storage and track company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.


Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Manage and control of documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes.
  • Receive and process Requests for Information process from employees and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
  • Manage and control of Quality Management documents such as SOP, WI, Form, EOI, Manuals, Reference Material, JD, Templates, specifications, approvals and related items.
  • Identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention and disposition of quality records.
  • Training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include retention, retrieval, removal and recovery.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Support on OR process
  • Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 10%).
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree is preferred; a Professional Intern/Graduate degree is preferred.
  • One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • Basic English, 50% at minimum.
  • Microsoft Office package Knowledge, required.
  • Agile system knowledge, preferred.
  • JDE system knowledge, preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
