    Title: Senior Content Analyst

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Deliver defined product or solution features, functionality, or outcomes effectively close gaps - be it knowledge, skill, or capability.
    • Lead and design appropriate project plans and outlines, including making recommendations for content delivery approach/methods and work to gain alignment on required outcomes.
    • Monitor and analyze Web traffic. Collect and analyze customer feedback. Recommend and implement website improvements.
    • Develop, execute, and analyze online promotions.
    • Build effective, collaborative relationships with embedded business subject matter experts to validate development and design objectives.
    • Develop engaging and branded digital creative that helps solve problems, deliver results, and is aligned with business strategy.
    • Develop and adhere to established timelines to ensure expectations and deliverables are being met.
    • Make good and timely decisions that keep work projects moving forward.
    • Prioritize work and ensure completed work products meet the required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness.
    • Play a critical role in the feedback loop by assessing customer/channel feedback and making continuous changes to content.
    • Assure that work outcomes meet regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
    • Develop own capabilities by investing in training and learning to improve performance and/or enhance efficiency.

    What Skills You Need:

    • Effective communicator who builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others.
    • Experienced practitioner in content creation and/or writing.
    • Advanced PowerPoint and content presentation skills.
    • Content and graphic design experience/UX knowledge (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere).
    • Video and audio editing experience (Camtasia, Audacity).
    • Regional knowledge of dealer sales processes and core systems.
    • Demonstrates learning agility through experimentation.
    • Functional understanding of basic digital and web analytics (3-5 years).
    • Working knowledge of well-crafted HTML/CSS and HTML5 (1-3 years).

    What Makes You Stand Out:

    • Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and other Microsoft tools (4-7 years).
    • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint (4-7 years).
    • Experience with UX design best practices (1-3 years).
    • Project management experience (small projects).
    • Experience in the Graphic Design field (1-3 years).
    • Experience in web content creation and management (4-7 years).

    Education:

    • Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Degree in an Arts/Design/Graphic Design discipline or equivalent experience.
