Location: Santa Rosa Jauregui, Querétaro, MX, 76220Req ID 52331 MSSC Santa Rosa, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track inbound & outbound ocean/landfreight shipments
Working Closely with overseas agents for ocean/land imports/exports
Instructions & follow up with Customs Broker for the goods to be import & export
Preparation of daily status report of transit shipments
Freight billing auditing & approval
Timely billing of shipments
Maintenance of transit shipment reports in a timely manner
Escalating problems when necessary
Performing other duties assigned by Transportation Manager in accordance with established company policies & procedures

Qualifications:

English speaking & verbal ability
Traffic & Customs for imports & exports
Ocean transportation knowledge (FCL & LCL)
Communication skills
Problem solving
Proactive, committed, responsible
MS Office Excel

Education

Bachelor's degree in International Commerce, Administration or related field

Experience

2 or 3 years in Traffic & Customs Area
