General Description:


Responsible for design, deploy and measure sales and aftersales training programs to the key positions in NSC of NIBU region.


Key Responsibilities:

Propose and follow up specific training programs to each NSC.
Commercial & Launchings as main role.
Technical & Aftersales as facilitator with NMEX technical team support.
Close communication with each NSC to meet their specific needs (depending on their condition, progress, launches).
Project management of training process to implement in every NSC.
Communication and support to NSC ́s training areas and dealers.


Perform activities related with project management: budget control, shopping baskets, purchase orders and supplier administration.


Education/Certifications:

Psychology, Educational or Administration Degree

Previous Work Experience

Project Management of Training programs in general, minimum 1 year.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


Language:
Advanced in English (continuous conversations, meetings, written translations, presentations).


Travel:
Availability to travel to Central and South American countries for 1 week, 5 to 6 times per year.


Must have:
Solvency in the administration of training programs (design, deployment, logistics, metrics, kaizen).
Advanced excel, Talent management experience.


Computer Skills:

Excel 50% / PPT 80% / Word 80% / LCMS management / Software for training content development (e-learnings, infographics).


Certifications:
N/A.
