    Description: Manage all communication activites internal and external within country organization

    Tasks:

  • Respect the standard minimum tasks for country communication as defined in departmental concept.
  • Improve awareness and image of the company in the respective country.
  • Represent locally the company to the local press and general public in coordination with Country Head and divisional communications.
  • Plan and implement of local leadership and employee communication activities in cooperation with country management and various departments.
  • Realize two-way exchange of content between country/location level and division/group level (bottom-up and top-down) > a) Ensure local roll out of corporate content at country level b) suggest local content for usage on Corporate level.
  • Propose and implement best practices between country communicators on global level.

    • Key Skills:

  • University degree in Graphic Design.
  • Organizational Communication, Marketing or related field.
  • Preferable with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience.
  • Full working knowledge of social media and community engagement trends.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experienced B2B marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Adobe suite

    • Languages:

  • Local Language C2, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English C1
