Responsibilities:

Provide analytical data to draw conclusions and recommend actions to Product Development, Manufacturing and Global Technology Center partners.
Contribute to method development or optimization to analyze new raw materials, experimental formulas, finished products, competitive products, and troubleshooting samples.
Transfer analytical methods and new technologies to manufacturing site, and provide analytical support and training for solving problems and continuous improvement.
Follow written analytical lab procedures from global and experimental methods and published standard or compendia sources.
Maintain accurate, up to date and concise laboratory records.
Maintain, calibrate, qualify and troubleshoot instrumentation.
Perform and support the Stability/Aging program: Reception, registration, and measurements as per Stability protocol, Records of results, control of retained samples.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related sciences.
12 Years of experience in quality control methods and compendia methodologies in consumer products or pharmaceutical industry.
12 Years of experience in routing wet chemistry and instrumentation. (i.e., titrimetric techniques, including potentiometric, coulometric, other electrochemical determinations, etc.).
Knowledgeable of general laboratory techniques, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.
Competent knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices requirements and methods (i.e.,United States Pharmacopeia, International Council of Harmonization, and Code of Federal Regulation) for laboratory operation and Quality systems.
Intermediate English level.
Desirable experience in operating analytical instrumentations to run and program sequences, and basic troubleshooting.
Desirable experience in setting up instrument parameters to run specific methods.
