    About the role

    The Finance Analyst is responsible for registering expenses, and integrating and analyzing variances on volume mix. The role will support supply areas and plant controller activities.

    Your responsibilities


    • Monthly reporting: Oversee monthly close process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of account balances. Supply reporting, including proper analysis of all variances: Fixed Assets integration, NPS expense, NAPS Invoice register, Volume production mix analysis, Conversion Cost integration.

    • Focus and challenge the rest of the team on NPS expenses and budget controlling.

    • Plan / Forecast process: Timely calculation and dissemination of product costs; Analysis of main variances; Work with reporting analyst to ensure variances are assigned to correct accounts; Preparation of the requested reporting schedules in Anaplan, TM1 & Fusion (internal software) and Excel sheets.

    • Fixed assets: Capex - Provide financial input and analysis for Capex form and follow-up of approval process. Fixed assets register - Maintenance of accurate register and in compliance with Reckitt policy including review of asset lives and asset write-offs as appropriate. Reconcile with shelter provider assets imported/exported from México.

    • Inventory: Review and cotrol raw and packaging materials, Work in process (WIP) and Finished Goods; coordination and control on regular stock counts and reconciliation with shelter provider.

    • Xtrim reporting: Calculate the proposed savings for the Fuel tracker database; Regular follow-up of reported savings with actual costs development; including periodic reconciliation of planned Xtrim savings with actuals.

    • Open communication with all operational departments to prevent cost increase.

    • Responsible of internal audit for GFCF to be in compliance and the implementation of internal controls at the Factory.

    The experience we're looking for


    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA is considered a plus

    • 2+ years of finance and accounting experience within a plant or manufacturing environment

    • Proven financial analysis background

    • Strong computer skills with preferable knowledge in JD Edwards or SAP

    • Bilingual English and Spanish

    • Strong Excel skills
