Job Title

Finance Director

Role

  • Provide financial leadership and support for all finance related matters
  • Lead monthend close in partnership with Mastercard Global Controllership team
  • Partner with Finance and Global teams to develop, analyze and validate business opportunities.
Track progress against budget and business cases

  • Support the settlement activity for all LAC accounts including all related reconciliation processes
  • Work closely with regulatory team to ensure operations are in compliance with local requirements and regulations
  • Work closely with MA Finance integration lead (FIL), in an effort to fully integrate Arcus into MA
  • Ensure a sound, wellcontrolled financial environment fully compliant to MA policies
  • Partner and engage with other Mastercard finance functions including Controllership, Treasury/Settlement, Tax, Product & Engineering and LAC finance teams
All About You

  • Relevant qualification in accounting, business, and/or a related discipline (eg Accounting qualification, MBA)
  • Strong experience in business partnership, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and controls
  • Ability to both think strategically and provide an executivelevel view while also being able to dive into the details
  • Fully bilingual Spanish/English
  • Experience in working with external boards and regulators helpful
  • Strong communication and partnership skills
