    JW Core (Red Label, Black Label and Double Black) is very relevant for Diageo, being the main priority in scotch portfolio.

    Our vision is to be the leading the premium Spirits business in the industry accelerating the growth of our whisky portfolio.

    JW Core is the growth driver portfolio in the segment and it's imperative to sustain its growth.

    Nowadays, the brand has very good BSS, and winning share within TBA, so it's crucial to sustain its momentum and continue its relevancy for the segment and Diageo's business.


    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    Lead the top whisky portfolio brand in MexicoAlignment between reserve strategy and innovation portfolio Develop and apply high knowledge of the business.

    Consistently deliver great performance.
    Ability to encourage and influence others within the business;Build extraordinary relations with those who work internally and externally. Multifunctional and multi-market team working.

    Capable of challenging and influencing thinking across a broad range of collaboratorsLead the team; work with them and in their development.

    Support them so that they can perform at their best.

    Delivery of a successful Core (with focus in STD and DLX) business strategy (based on brand health and profitability/ sales) short and long term.

    Responsible for Game planning developing and execution. Brand communication strategy, ATL as BTLInfluence key collaborators to improve business opportunities and alliances.

    Lead global brand relationship, influencing them to align the market strategyMake cultural impact with the brand equity through brand's passion pointsQualifications & Experience Required:

    Proficient Numerical SkillsBachelor in BA, or similar.
    Strong Critical Thinking CapabilitiesStrong leadership capabilities.
