Qualifications

Extensive networking hardware and software installation/troubleshooting experience
Extensive experience in firewall/router hardware configuration/troubleshooting

English required

Good Verbal and written Spanish required
Good Verbal and written.
Extensive experience across all IT areas

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science (min. 3yr) or related technology field and/or min. 5 years related job experience.

Certifications A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+, CCNA, Microsoft Azure, or similar are highly desired.

Secondary, Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, integrations with on-prem infrastructure, MS Windows server management.

Welcomed, ISO 27001 experience, IT compliance work experience. Cybersecurity

Responsibilities:

IT Network infrastructure:
Monitor network performance, traffic capacity/routing and security.
Ensure the reliability and performance of networking equipment, including Wifi and other network appliances.
Collaborate with end users to understand network requirements and optimize user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve networkrelated issues promptly.
Provide all levels of support for network infrastructure (WAN/LAN) from research/ recommendation to acquisition and installation /support/ troubleshooting.
Microsoft Entra/Azure IT Networking tasks
SD WAN Infrastructure:
Oversee the SD WAN infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and optimize SD WAN solutions.
Firewall Management:
Manage and configure firewalls to maintain a secure IT environment.
Implement and enforce security policies to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Cyber Security and Information Security:
Overseeing digital security; cybersecurity testing and assurance (recommend, test, implement).
Penetration testing and vulnerability management.
Risk assessment, secure network design, and incident response
Managing security solutions, staying abreast of industry trends, and ensuring compliance
Wifi and Network Appliance Support:
Provide support for Wifi infrastructure and other network appliances.
Collaborate with end users to address Wifi and networkrelated concerns.
Ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Server Management and Operations:
Provide support for server management, ensuring the stability and performance of server environments.
Participate in infrastructure operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Azure Cloud Services:
Support and manage Azure cloud services, ensuring seamless integration with onpremises infrastructure.
Collaborate with teams to optimize Azure resources and implement best practices.
Global Support:
Provide support for all global sites, addressing networking, SD WAN, firewall, server, Wifi, and network appliancerelated issues.
Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure consistent and standardized infrastructure across locations.
Collaboration with End Users:
Work closely with end users to understand their technology needs and challenges.
Provide user training materials and support to enhance collaboration and user satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Generate reports on infrastructure performance, incidents, and improvements.
