Responsibilities:

  • Identify all the touch points encountered by consumers, their operational purpose and their role in the consumer experience for social media
  • Understanding of media trends and new platforms usage across traditional/digital/social media, create, execute and measure innovative and effective multichannel media mix strategies that reach target goals for different marketing campaigns
  • Capability to curate and keep on optimizing contents (incl. images, text, and videos) with, to provide value to our followers and achieve campaign purpose, suggest and arrange daily content schedule and frequency across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success, providing key data and analysis of digital/social media campaigns to internal MKT and CMI team.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HQ and local design team and copy writer, customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Lead independent MKT projects and manage successfully multiple projects, set priorities and manage stakeholders in a fast, culturally diverse and lean work environment. Selfmotivated, proactive and collaborative.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media or marketing fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized and strategic.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with traditional/digital/social media analytics tools
  • Experience with content creation and graphic design is a plus
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and critical skills, teamwork, quick learner
  • Fluent English

Salary:
$20, $46,000.00 per month
