Indirect Spend Buyer
Summary:
Entry-level Procurement professional. Executes processes, standards, and operational plans to support Procurement, including Request for Proposals (RFPs), negotiation preparations, and cost analysis. Collaborates with buyers in activities related to acquiring goods, materials, supplies, and/or services

Profile: Requires theoretical knowledge from a University degree.
University Degree or equivalent
Previous 3 years of relevant experience
Fluent in English

Minimum Requirements:
- Conduct Market Research to analyze economic, technical, and market trends for products and services.
- Assist in Vendor Selection through Request for Quotations (RFQs), Comparison Tables, and project presentations.
- Identify Potential Cost Savings and opportunities.
- Negotiate for competitive Pricing and terms for products and services.
- Execute processes and standards for Procurement, including RFPs, negotiations, cost tracking, and program implementation.
- Address client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with buyers in purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and authorize payments to facilitate the procurement process.
- Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other data for analysis.
- Support in preparing Request for Proposals (RFP) and bid packages.
- Maintain records of purchased items, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories to meet account requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve delivery issues.
