Our client:


The company is based in the USA and provides professional community management; they believe that building and maintaining a community takes integrity, trust, experience, and support.

We are looking for a
Customer Support Specialist **to support the following activities:

  • Receive customer phone calls and answer questions related to the status of work orders, architectural requests, or Association responsibilities.
  • Partner with the Community Manager on administrative tasks such as processing communitywide mailers.
  • Manage followup and closing work order tickets.
  • Weekly followup on work orders with service providers, note accounts on progress and close out if completed.
  • Receive, process, and manage address change forms and requests.
  • Prepare Architectural Review Applications (ARC) for evaluation by the association's Board of Directors and/or Committee(s).

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 - 17:00 CST MX

Daylight saving in the USA 07:00 - 16:00 CST MX.


This is a remote position.
