Consultus Digital is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Ad Designer/Social Media Content Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will be working closely with our account strategist to develop lead generation ads and fulfill the design work for some social media clients of the agency.

The primary focus will be to create compelling designs that attract the attention of potential customers and generate leads.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with account strategists to create highquality, effective digital ads and social media content that align with the client's brand
• Design and optimize lead generation campaigns across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
• Design landing pages that align with the campaign goals and drive conversions
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends and digital advertising best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a digital ad designer and/or social media content designer
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Figma a bonus
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, and social media marketing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Leveraging ChatGPT a must
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. MUST SPEAK AND WRITE ENGLISH AT COLLEGE LEVEL
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
