- Conocer la empresa a auditar (¿Qué hace? ¿Cómo lo hace?).
- Realizar Control Interno (cuestionario de cada área).
- Realizar agenda de trabajo.
- Visitar la empresa.
- Solicitar información y/o documentación.
- Toma de inventarios (arqueosde caja,cortesdeforas,revisióndefaltantes,sobrantes,sugerencias)yelaborarel informede loshallazgos.
- Verificar y reportarla valuaciónde inventarios.
