Objetive


The role holder is expected assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in the administration of a group of blue chip large corporate global client relationships in diverse industries headquartered in Monterrey.

Activities

  • Maintain adequate credit ratings, reserves, WWM classification, security enhancements/perfection, terms and conditions &covenants of the loan portfolio.
  • Loan disbursements and principal interest payments execution.
  • Keep financial highlights and industry performance updated quarterly and report any concern.
  • Keep credit files updated and complete and request corresponding missing information to clients
  • Support the RM on daytoday activities including prepartion of pipeline file, coordination with product partners and ensure data and call reports are accurately and timely updated
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists to deliver exceptional standards and quality of service.
  • Ensure all CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and associated activities are completed on time. New KYC onboardings & periodic reviews.
  • Resolve any/all identified issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management as appropriate to ensure timely awareness of any material concerns.
  • Protect sensitive customer and bank information by ensuring documents, computers, files, and all confidential matters are appropriately handled as set forth by policy.
  • Provide active feedback to seniors on process, operations, risks etc and make recommendation as to how these can be changed to secure the customer and the bank.
  • Keep abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Business related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • English: Advanced.
  • Fulltime job experience or internship.
  • General knowledge of finance and financial statements.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organization skill.
  • Ability to interact with business customers at all level.
  • Energetic, selfmotivated and results oriented.
