What You Will Do in This Role:

The Field Sales Operations Analyst will be accountable for guaranteeing the quality of all information captured on SalesForce by the team of Field Sales Operations (FSO).

This position must analyze and conduct random and directional audits to assure the veracity of information and help the Field Sales Operations team to take better decisions in order to accomplish business

goals. The Field Sales Operations Analyst will assign audits to the FSO Zone Manager, FSO Regional Managers.

FSOA will analyze Audits information to find any kind of discrepancies and suggest necessary actions to maintain and control information veracity.

The FSO Analyst will also keep a close track of ROI reports and develop new ones, depending on what the area must need.


What You Can Expect:

  • Reports:
  • PICOS (Picture of success): Scoring, areas of opportunity and improvements-FSO SCORECARD: PICOS, sales vs. share and operational discipline-SALESFORCE: DDI, OOS, PRE-OOS and Price reports
  • Sales Advance: weekly frequency and follow-up
  • Audits: metadata photos, salesforce audits
  • Additional: share of shelf, promotional track, survey track, activity elasticity, agency reports, ROI reports

What Exactly Are We Looking For?:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree / Advanced education in Business Administration, Accounting
  • Previous experience: At least 1 year on any related data analysis
