This position resides in the Global Cement Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for providing Purchasing support for the business areas across the Americas, with primary emphasis on customers in Mexico and Latin America.

It is expected that this position would be one of a team of buyers who support the regional purchasing activities within a cross-functional procurement team.

Specific responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, obtaining pricing for proposals, purchase order placement, obtaining order confirmation, and building/maintaining supplier relationships, among other purchasing related activities as assigned.

What you bring:

At least 2+ years of Job experience.
Experience working with retailers and direct suppliers is helpful.
Ability to analyze sales trends, pricing, and margins.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP (Oracle is helpful).
