    Responsibilities:

    Bookkeeping:
    • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online for accurate bookkeeping.
    • Handling outstanding bills, ensuring timely payments, and managing collections.
    • Generating and sending invoices to clients.
    • Conducting customer follow
    • ups to ensure timely payments.
    • Managing and organizing schedules using tools like Trello.
    • Supporting various administrative tasks as needed.
    • Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately.

    Multi-Tasking:


    • Comfortably handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Adapting to the needs of different businesses within the portfolio.

    Communication:


    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
    • Providing updates and reports on outstanding bills, collections, and other relevant matters.

    Qualifications:


    • Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in tools like Trello for scheduling and organization.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
    • Previous experience in office management or a similar role is a plus.

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.


    Pay:
