San Luis Potosí Plant began operations in 1973, and was brought under the Bosch umbrella as a Chassis Systems Control plant in 1996.

GS took over manufacturing responsibility in January 2009.

Currently San Luis Potosí Plant operates several products under two Business Divisions:
Powertrain Solutions and Chassis Systems Control.

While the product mix and complexity increases, we ensure our products continue to be delivered in the best quality, required quantity, and at a low cost.

Descripción del empleo

  • Coordinate achievement of program sample milestones between customer, project manager, and the plant.
  • Purchase Order placement through to the delivery of samples and invoicing
  • Manage sample coordination and project management to meet customer timing and requests.
  • Establish and maintain information management and communication flow to organization and internal customers (PjM, Engineering, Sales) on project status
  • Identify risks to project management and customer sample planning/timing and prepare/recommend contingency plans.
  • Planning and tracking of sample requirements and delivery.
  • Quotation / General Commercial Support
  • Identify customer sample requirements
  • Order, monitor and follow up samples with Business Units, Robert Bosch NA (raise requisition, raise SAMOS order or experimental sample order)
  • Coordinate receipt of customer purchase order in consultation with project manager
  • Organize delivery of samples (labeling, packaging, arrange for transport)
  • Organize packaging material
  • Liaise with project manager, plants, sample shops to ensure customer sample delivery dates are met
  • Monthly reporting on sample status to Bosch San Luis Potosi stakeholders.
  • Sample related timing discussions with the customer
  • Responsible for sample related timing, resource and cost issues
  • Customer Sample order status presentation/reporting to Plant Management, PJM, KAM's, etc
  • Conflict management of issues that impact project and sample order success
  • Lead the Sample Shop team.

Requisitos:

Engineering Degree

Project Management
Leadership of personnel
Excellent English level

Información adicional

Very good command of English is required.

Personnel Leadership large experience
is mandatory for the position.
