    2. Implementing efficient inventory control systems to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize the risk of stockouts or obsolescence, thereby maintaining a lean and responsive supply chain.
    3. Oversee the transportation of raw materials, components, and finished products, optimizing routes, modes of transport, and carrier selection to ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs and environmental impact.
    4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reliability, and responsiveness across the supply chain.
    5. Identifying potential risks such as supply disruptions, geopolitical issues, or market fluctuations, and implementing contingency plans to mitigate these risks, ensuring continuity of operations and minimizing disruptions to the supply chain.
    6. Implementing lean principles and process optimization techniques to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall supply chain performance, fostering innovation within the organization.
