- Work closely with Global Chief of Staff, the regional Vice President, and executive leadership to support formulation and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage key strategic projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate project timelines, deliverables, and progress to relevant teams.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and updates.
- Analyze data, market trends, and the competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Implement and drive strategic projects, while working cross-functionally.
- Develop processes to drive operational excellence.
- Scale strategic initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
- 4+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or operations in consumer goods industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- 6+ years of related experience in business strategy, consulting, communications, policy, investment, or executive operations; CPG experience preferred.

SUMMARY: The Chief of Staff will support the Global Chief of Staff as a regional strategic advisor. They will work closely with the regional Vice President to proactively address priorities and manage critical initiatives. This role will require strong strategic acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in pushing short-term execution and long-term regional strategy.
