3 years of purchasing/administration experience in the automotive industry preferred

Degree in Business or Business Administration equivalent

Vacancy:

Purchasing Analyst - Administration

Objective:

Manage the information of the whole purchasing group

Provide support to buyers, and be a communication link to achieve the Objectives

Functions/Activities:

Analyze information for implementation of process improvements
Preparation of reports (prices, suppliers, etc.)
Process payment to suppliers
Make Supplier Reegustration
Implement and monitor processes for ISO compliance
Purchasing group budget control
Monitor task progress and support internal/external partners
Follow up on projects that involve the purchasing group.

Basic requirements:

Intermediate-Advanced English
Analytical and numerical skills
Problem resolution
Basic financial concepts
Knowledge of Oracle system and Microsoft Office
Proactivity and teamwork
