Compensation
$3,000 - $3,500 USD month

Overview

We are looking for a goal-oriented regional marketing manager to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company Goals.

In this role, your responsibilities will include forecasting sales needs, events budget and working with sales teams to ensure that the marketing fits the company or brands image.

A successful regional Marketing Manager has substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our audiences, partners and ecosystem.

They enjoy taking charge of regional marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals.

Core Responsibilities
Create and implement annual marketing plans, defining the marketing mix that drives familiarity and consideration of the brand, lead generation, increased awareness and adoption of technology solutions conversion and retention of business
Define region Marketing goals and KPIs
Define account marketing programs to extend reach with existing accounts and accelerate pipeline
Use multi-channel marketing best practices
Track marketing campaigns and determine the most successful ones
Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverable
Plan, host and execute offline and online events
Be a brand advocate
Support overall marketing team goals and programs
Assist regional sales managers with presentations when needed
Work closely with the sales team

Basic Qualifications
MBA or other related degree in business, marketing, communications highly desirable
8 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager, preferable in the video security industry
Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
Experience with trade shows
Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features (hub spot is a plus)
Experience with marketing tools and software (Asana)
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
