- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles.
- Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
- English conversational level.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles for process improvement
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and other technical problems on production machinery and facility systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including performed tasks, parts used, and repairs conducted.
