About the job


The Record to Report team is looking for an Accountant to ensure accuracy on transactional RTR activities, including recording general ledger transactions, reconciliations, completing journals, banking reconciliations, reporting, chart of accounts maintenance, month end close and fixed assets activities.

As an Accountant, you will:


  • Responsible for the execution of all RTR processes.
  • Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Local regulations,
    SAS Accounting Principles and Directives).
  • Manage fixed asset processes in accordance with USGAAP, IFRS and tax regulations.
  • Prepares financial reports for general management use.
  • Supply advice on General Ledger processes (Maintains company journals and ledgers.) and support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
  • Performs reconciliations of company financial data, research variances, and adjusts as needed.
  • Maintenance of the chart of accounts and the mapping between the Global chart of accounts and the Statutory chart of accounts

Required Qualifications3-5 years of experience in accounting experience in a large multinational corporate environment with experience in US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and controls.- Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting or related field.- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications. Ability to analyze data and make suggestions for adjustment or process improvements.- Intermediate Proficiency in Excel
