    Come join our Marketing teamOur Marketing team is committed to building the Karat brand and long-term value of the business in order to help achieve revenue and margin targets.

    What you will doAs an Event Marketing Specialist, you will orchestrate and bring diverse events for Karat's clients and prospects to life, including upscale executive dinners, regional demand generation events, and managing the Company's presence at small conferences.

    Collaborating across various departments, customers, and vendors, and the leadership team. In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team, planning organizing and implementing programs to drive pipeline growth and support revenue objectives
    We are looking to hire this position out of Mexico. Working hours will predominantly overlap with U.S. timezones once successful onboarding is complete. There will be required internal meetings that align with time zones in the U.S.

    Plan and coordinate the end-to-end logistics for various Company marketing events, including Executive dinners, regional field events, and internal summits tradeshows.

    Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure events effectively communicate Karat's value proposition and align with key business objectives.

    Act as the main point of contact with external partners and vendors to maximize event impact and ROI.Create engaging digital campaigns and promotional materials (e.g., presentations, speaking outlines, social media posts, etc.) to drive event registration, participation, and follow-up engagement.

    Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness of each event. Track results, measure successes, and report metrics to Demand Generation leadership.

    The experience you will bring2+ years of experience in event management or executive eventsStrong communication skills, emphasis on effective collaboration, coordination, and attention to detailA self-starter with demonstrated ability in effectively establish relationships and building trust with stakeholdersCreative problem solver who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and comfortable adding new ideasExperience using CRM tools and marketing software (Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, etc.)Willingness to travel for marketing events as-needed.
