    Encontrack busca un Director Comercial para el Sector de Seguros de Autos.

    Fundamental experiencia en seguros de autos.

    Propósito del Rol:

    Liderar la estrategia comercial de la compañía, alineando la atracción de nuevos negocios con la maximización de ingresos existentes (renovaciones, upselling y reducción de cancelaciones). Diseñar una operación eficiente, rentable y centrada en el cliente, coordinada con áreas clave. Gestionar relaciones multilaterales con aseguradoras, brokers y clientes finales, en un modelo de venta indirecta.

    Responsabilidades Clave:

    • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan comercial nacional
    • Alcanzar metas de ingreso nuevo y vigente
    • Profesionalizar al equipo de ventas y marketing
    • Negociar con aseguradoras y brokers
    • Rediseñar esquemas de compensación y métricas
    • Monitorear salud de cartera (churn, retención)
    • Desarrollar grandes cuentas actuales y abrir nuevos canales
    • Coodinar esfuerzos entre pagador, canal y usuario final
    • Activar canal de distribución (brokers, agentes)
    • Colaborar con Customer Success y Operaciones

    Perfil y Requisitos:

    • Licenciatura en áreas afines (maestría deseable)
    • Inglés avanzado
    • +10 años en ventas B2B
    • +5 años como Director Comercial o Desarrollo de Negocios
    • Experiencia en seguros, movilidad, tecnología o brokers
    • Diseño de estrategias multicanal y modelos variables
    • Venta consultiva, account management, CRM, BI
