Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business System Analyst WMS located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Information Systems Manager the Business System Analyst WMS role involvesResponsible for analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated warehouse systems and will also be responsible for designing details for automated warehouse systems to make them more efficient.

Responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing warehouse systems and procedures that are cost-effective, to provide consultation to users in automated warehouse systems.

What a typical day looks like:

Determinate required improvements on the warehouse systems, supervising. its correct implementation to meet customer's requirements.
Analyze new requirements.
Write functional and technical specifications for developers.
Use skills to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and costeffective delivery.
Verify newly developed processes.
Develop impromptu reports according to users' requests.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Bachelor ́s Degree (Industrial engineering, systems or related field) with Title and professional DPG.
Strong experience in a similar position with WMS implementations.
Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
Fluent English.
Experience with ERP systems
SQL
Availability to Travel (60% approx. System Implementations, Mex and US, mainly).
