Our Mexico affiliate is looking for a talented CRA Line Manager.- We invite you to join Novo Nordisk México, a successful affiliate and market leader that is focused on improving the quality of the life of people with Diabetes, Obesity, Hemophilia and Growth Hormone Disorders.

The position:

Manage a team of clinical research associates working in support of clinical studies dedicated to specific Therapeutica Area Unit to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and employees supported with effective feedback, training, and development to meet the project objectives

Responsibilities:

Management of monitors staff (both Novo Nordisk and Insourced Monitors) in the country to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, SOPs and local regulations and to meet project deliverables.
Act as first point of contact to track deliverables of Insourced monitors.
Management the quality of assigned staff through regular review of quality metrics and follow up.
Identify quality risks and issues and create appropriate corrective action plans on timely manner to prevent or correct deficiencies in staff performance
Document feedback in talk to Grow by clearly identifying facts/observations with specific competencies to be acquired or requiring further development and follow up

Qualifications

University degree in Pharmacobiologist Chemist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biologist, Physician or similar related to health science.
At least 8 years of experience in Clinical Research, with an extensive track record in the pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 3 years in Line Management.
Knowledge in management processes
Advanced level of English is required.
