Brief DescriptionAt ESP Global Services, we keep the world's airports and airlines moving. Across 25+ countries, our teams deliver IT infrastructure, end-user, and operational support services that power airport and airline operations.
We are expanding in North America, and we're looking for a Commercial Solutions Architect – Pricing & Bids to drive growth and shape the commercial strategy of our aviation and transportation IT services portfolio.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and customer engagement, with the ability to translate operational delivery into robust, competitive commercial models.
Solution Pricing & Design
Build pricing for managed services across multiple towers: service desk, end-user/field engineering, workplace services, network/edge, and project-based solutions.
Construct unit-based, outcome-based, and risk/reward models, including indexation, FX, and inflation mechanisms.
Model FTE/resource mixes, tooling/licensing, spares/inventory, shift coverage, and SLA/OLA impacts.
Translate operational approaches and delivery assumptions into clear commercial models for bids.
Financial Modelling & Governance
Own deal P&L, ROI, and scenario/sensitivity analyses, documenting key assumptions and risk registers.
Maintain standard price books, rate cards, calculators, and support stage-gate governance for deal approvals.
Collaborate with Finance to establish price-to-win strategies, hurdle rates, and approval workflows.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Partner with Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Finance, and Legal throughout the bid lifecycle.
Lead commercial tracks in client meetings; support negotiations on scope, service levels, and pricing.
Coordinate with technology vendors and delivery partners for integrated solutions.
Market & Continuous Improvement
Benchmark pricing and offerings against market data; recommend win themes and pricing strategies.
Evolve templates, calculators, and commercial playbooks, coaching bid teams on best practices.
Capture post-award learnings to enhance rate cards, assumptions, and pricing frameworks.
