About the role:

The Demand Planner Partner facilitates agreement of consensus forecast and hold commercial accountable for their forecast and improves the quality of information generated and ensure ongoing acceptable level of forecast accuracy.

What would you do?:

Generate a monthly forecast of all product categories at multiple levels of aggregation at a planning horizon of 1224 months, using SAP APO, individual analysis and through a formal consensus sales/market interaction to enrich the volume forecast. Ensure forecast is loaded and used to manage supply planning and procurement processes.
Coordinate crossfunctional activities in cooperation with commercial managers, and Finance to ensure a coherent forecasting plan reconciling significant variances and reflecting updated trends in the market.
Involvement in new commercialization's from a Supply Chain/ Demand Planning perspective, loading volume information for NPD (New Product Development) commercialization's and ensure it's used to manage supply planning and procurement processes.
Provide timely, accurate and insightful analysis and commentary on trends and patterns to support commercial and finance.
Guarantee forecast accuracy and bias and preparation of strategies to improve forecasting capability, implement root cause analysis of variation to performance targets when critical gaps are detected.
Continuous engagement building with other departments, such as finances, marketing, customer care and others, while keeping the current planning process sustainable

What will you need to be successful?:

Bachelor's degree in qualification in supply chain, business, or related disciplines (Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain and related courses)
5+ years' experience as supply chain, demand and/or planning management.
English fluent
Previous experience in SNP/APO
SAP, Demand Solutions or other forecasting software is a plus.
Good understanding of statistics, analytical background
