Responsabilities

Monitoring health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace
Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation (NOMs, OSHA, STPS, etc).
Working with and training all employees to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards in the workplace
Being responsible for all safety inspections and audit in the workplace and onsite
Assisting with the creation and management of health and safety monitoring systems and policies in the workplace
Managing emergency procedures (such as fire alarm drills) and organizing emergency teams such as fire marshals and first aiders
Offering general health and safety advice to all employees
Support HR activities related with STPS.

Requirements:

BA degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
Knowledge in mexican regulations (NOMs, STPS, Protección civil).
Knowledge in warehouse management and production plant logistics preferred
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team, work directly with the customer and with all levels of personnel is required (English and Spanish)
Travel Internationally: Approximately 5070% of time
