Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 Support and Level 2 Support (if needed) to Global Network.
  • Diagnosis of hardware/software faults and solving technical issues.
  • Manage / maintain the network in our offices, telephones, printers, projectors, computers, faxes, and other hardware resources.
  • Write relevant technical support documents.
  • Ensure Windows system, Exchange, Office 365 platform, Office software and other related systems and software run well.
  • Manage IT assets, staff onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support Infra Lead for any End-UserComputing projects.
  • Support Information Security Lead for any security related projects and ensure related security measures are compliance with standards (ISO
  • Provide specific IT support to designated clients
  • On occasion, contact other companies to fix telecommunication issues

Experience

  • Familiar with Windows 10 Operating System.
  • Familiar with Windows Azure AD configuration and management.
  • Familiar with Mac hardware and software.
  • Familiar with Lenovo and Dell hardware.
  • Have a good knowledge of those popular routers, switches, APs, laptops, mobile phones and other hardware equipment.
  • Familiar with Windows Server OS in an advantage.
  • Know the mainstream antivirus software or tools such as Security Helper quite well.
  • Have a fundamental understanding about network.
  • Patient, responsible, and good at communication and withstanding pressure.
  • Mastering Excel's macro instructions will be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Education Level: University graduate or higher level of work experience than the minimum
  • Major: Computer, Electronic Information or related field
  • English Level: Must have a reasonable level of both written and spoken English
  • Work Experience: Minimum 24 years in IT Support
