JOB DUTIES:

Mentor and lead a talent acquisition team of recruiters
Manage relationships with business leaders and hiring managers across the organization
Manage and leverage relationships with universities, and search firms
Project Manage large

- and small-scale hiring initiatives with critical timelines

Lead efforts to create a consistent, datadriven recruitment process
Provide expertise on technology systems and functions
Manage and document process changes, update process maps as well as systems, and communicate changes to the team.
Ensure recruitment metrics such as diversity and client satisfaction are met/exceeded
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous leadership experience
5+ years of endtoend recruiting lifecycle for Direct Labor experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to work in a team environment both virtually and in multiple onsite locations

WE VALUE:

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
Creativity in developing sourcing strategies and driving change
