Buscamos a un líder con sólidos conocimientos técnicos que coordine las actividades de mantenimiento en las áreas de servicios industriales, quien pueda aportar su pasión, liderazgo y conocimientos para soportar al equipo de técnicos y coordinarlos para alcanzar los objetivos, sumando al esfuerzo del equipo de planta en conseguir un alto desempeño.
Función:
Coordinar y supervisa al equipo de técnicos, dando soporte para el correcto desarrollo de las actividades.
Define el alcance y supervisa el trabajo hecho por terceros, asegurándose que se haga respetando los lineamientos de seguridad y calidad acordados.
Implementa y da seguimiento a los lineamientos de Seguridad e Higiene.Es líder en la implementación de prácticas, controles de riesgo y estándares de Manufactura de Excelencia y sistemas de gestión de calidad en su área de responsabilidad.
Promueve activamente la mejora continua a través de proyectos DMAIC y análisis de causa raíz para identificar y eliminar proactivamente las causas que impactan la calidad, productividad y costo.
Brinda asesoría técnica y sobre la forma de trabajo de Diageo a técnicos y equipo. Participar en los proyectos de inversión desde la etapa de definición hasta la implementación y puesta en marcha.Sobre el puesto:
Éste líder será responsable de coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento a equipos e infraestructura del área de servicios industriales, promoviendo la seguridad, el WoW de Diageo, las áreas incluyen Generación de vapor, equipos HVAC, aire comprimido, suministro eléctrico, suministro de agua de proceso.
Mantenimiento al área de añejamiento. Mantenimiento a la planta de tratamiento de vinaza.El candidato conocerá trabajará en una cultura global, que le permitirá además de incrementar sus conocimientos técnicos ser líder en implementar prácticas de manufactura de excelencia operativas, de seguridad, administrativas desarrollándose como profesional integralmente, lo que le abrirá las puertas para crecer dentro de la organización en áreas como Asset Care, Ingeniería y Producción.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años como supervisor de mantenimiento en líneas de envasado.Ingeniería en áreas Mecánica, Eléctrica, , Mecatrónica Electrónica, Instrumentación y control o equivalente, Manejo de personal y trabajo en equipo.
