    JOB SUMMARY
    This is a temporary position that will support the 4 Brand Projects across the year. The Manager, Premium & Select Brands is a member of the CALA Brand Team.

    This is an individual contributor that will work together with other brand team members in driving brand preference and growth across Premium and Select brands, which may include managing brand visual and verbal identity, brand marketing, brand partnerships, brand programs and communication efforts.

    This position will also focus on supporting key internal and external brand programs including new program rollouts.

    This position will focus on supporting aspects of the brand marketing strategy and integrated plans including creative and message concepting, supporting brand and marketing partnerships, experiential activation, and advertising/marketing communications across paid, earned, or owned efforts to support brand health, brand and continent business objectives.

    This position will report into the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing and Brand Management in CALA.

    This position will work in close collaboration with the Global brand marketing teams, CALA Continent and Field Marketing Team, CALA PR Organization, CALA Loyalty team and other Consumer Operations disciplines as well as external agencies and partners.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience 3+ years' experience in hospitality OR relevant industry. 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major

    Language Skills:

    Excellent English (oral and written) Excellent Spanish Portuguese a plus CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Brand Marketing and Management Supports visual brand voice maintenance across Premium and Select brands and is responsible for rolling out new brand voice materials (in language) in continent in partnership with global brand marketing and regional partners.

    Supports development and execution of integrated brand marketing and comms plans – in partnership with global brand marketing and CALA Marketing.

    Includes the roll out of Upper and Mid funnel paid media Brand Campaigns Manages opening strategy across all Premium and Select brand hotel openings in continent including pre and post-opening marketing strategy support for hotels across key markets (Halo Hotels).

    Supports in-continent Brand Partnerships and activations in partnership with global brand marketing, CALA brand & marketing and CALA loyalty team – helping drive brand awareness and portfolio affiliation.

    Supports adaptation and implementation of key internal and external brand programs as a means of improving guest experience. Maintains brand immersion presentations up to date in collaboration with global brand teams – and delivers presentations when necessary.

    Planning and Implementation Supports project plans to develop and deploy brand marketing programs including consistent status update documentation as well as project completion summaries including comprehensive results.

    Develops solid creative briefs tied to impactful consumer insights leading to best-in-class creative work from Marriott's agency partners. Supports development of paid media briefs providing brand information and insights in partnership with CALA Marketing team.

    Supports development of high impact communications to deliver brand and marketing plans to Global brand leaders, CALA Marketing and Loyalty Teams and CALA leadership and other continent teams.

    Builds strong relationships with global brand teams for collaboration and coordination. Managing Work, Projects, and Policies Manages and implements work and projects as assigned.
