Identify the critical quality characteristics in the processes. Through the analysis of statistical control, customer complaints, or internal non-conformities. 2. Identify critical operations that put the quality of products at risk. Through the review board of "FMEA", PCP, 8D "analyzing the real or potential problems of each process. 3.
