    Opal Group Premier Live Conferences

    We specialize in organizing high-quality events for top executives and decision-makers across various industries. Our unique work environment offers limitless growth opportunities for driven professionals.

    The Conference Producer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our events, including researching conference topics, creating agendas, recruiting speakers, and developing marketing strategies to support the Audience Development team.

    This position entails managing the entire lifecycle of assigned finance events under the supervision of the Head of Conference Production. Additionally, it involves supporting Audience Development efforts for larger events with a minimum sign-up requirement of 10 delegates per assignment or as directed by the Head of Conference Production.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential attendees and speakers for conference agendas
    • Identify, invite, and confirm suitable speakers and attendees for conferences
    • Establish key relationships with industry leaders, senior executives, and media professionals within relevant markets
    • Utilize exceptional written and oral communication skills in English to differentiate our events from competitors
    • Become an expert in Opal's Value to proactively identify, engage, and cultivate new and expanded audiences
    • Promote Opal's initiatives through positive interactions with C-level executives
    • Maintain and administer a pipeline of prospects in our CRM to achieve sales goals
    • Ensure clients and prospects receive the highest level of customer experience

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 2+ years of experience in conference production, hospitality, tourism, business administration, or sales
    • Sales experience
    • Client relations experience
    • Excellent networking and information gathering abilities
    • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
    • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and superior writing skills
    • Leadership ability in an entrepreneurial setting
    • Creativity, resourcefulness, and innovative approach
    • Must have a valid tourist Visa for occasional travel (5-10% of the position)
