Essential Job Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 year's experience in the same capacity to support the following BC systems:
DxH500 Series, DxH800/900, AU480/680, DxC700AU, Access & DXI800.

Education :
Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Bio Medical Engineer, Life Science or Electronics is preferred, or possess the equivalent education and experience,

Skills:

Experience in the operation of moderately complex medical instrumentation as achieved in training in medical electronics, pneumatics and mechanics.

Customer Focus to deal with external clients. Teamwork orientation and accountable for results.
Must be able to work varied work schedule as needed or requested. Must be able to travel as needed or requested.

Possess valid driver's license and verifiable safe driving record, Ability to lift to 50 pounds with / or without assistance.

Languages :
Local language and English

Represents the Company to the customer in providing support in the installation, relocation, modification, diagnosis and repair of Company mid-range and large instrumentation and associated peripheral equipment.

Establishes and maintains effective customer relations and seeks to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions Performs preventive maintenance and repair of company products in assigned geographic area. Installs (or removes) semi-automated, moderately complex and automated instruments as designated by management. Cleans, adjusts, and calibrates complex equipment and performs complex hardware and software diagnostic testing. Conducts site preparation of complex company instrumentation at customer location. At customer location, installs, tests and trains customer on complex instrumentation. Provides routine inspections as scheduled by Dispatch on complex products and associated peripheral equipment.
