    What do we look for?

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant departments
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hospitality or food & beverage services
    • The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically
    • A strategic approach to procurement with a strong understanding of financial management and business development
    • Outstanding communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with suppliers
    • The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
    • A deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, with a sharp focus on quality and precision
    • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Fluency in Spanish and English is required

    What will you work on?

    • Ensuring that purchasing transactions are carried out by taking into account the organization's policy, strategic goals and quality standards
    • Carrying out business development with existing suppliers, finding alternative suppliers, comparing and controlling our purchase prices with the market
    • Obtaining prices from suppliers for the requested product and service, communicating with the right supplier and ensuring that quality products are delivered on time
    • Acceptance of products according to the agreed price and quantity ordered
    • Order control and stock tracking of products coming from Turkey
    • Following up all local purchasing processes
    • Using the ERP system in purchasing processes and sending orders to suppliers through the system
