    We are seeking Associate Recruiters and Technical Recruiters to join our growing team at STAND 8 in Mexico. You will work collaboratively with a global recruiting team to fill technical positions for enterprise organizations in the USA, without involving third-party companies.

    Skills & Experience

    • Exceptional English communication skills, negotiation, and sales abilities
    • A proven track record of delivering hiring results
    • Comfort using or learning social media, Boolean searching, job boards, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach strategies
    • The ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine suitable matches
    • Effective teamwork and relationship-building skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Self-motivation and passion
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Represent STAND 8 as a brand ambassador
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of STAND 8 processes, industry standards, and client base
    • Develop strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals and placement opportunities
    • Identify and connect with top IT talent through existing networks, new connections, referrals, and word-of-mouth
    • Accurately maintain detailed information and provide exceptional customer service to all candidates and clients
