XZB México automotive company is looking for a
Quality Supervisor

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (industrial, mechanical, etc.)
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of IATF16949 / Internal audits

Activities:

  • Report quality defects to production leaders to ensure immediate action.
  • Ensure the reliability and consistency of production by coordinating technicians and quality inspectors.
  • Investigations of the part problem
  • Attend and correspond to the client's audit.
  • Work with the quality team to ensure strategies, standards, and objectives are achievable.
  • Promote continuous improvement throughout the organization at all levels.
  • Preparation of incident reports, quality report records, statistical reviews, and updated relevant documentation.
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
  • Update quality procedures to comply with area processes.
  • Train and give feedback to your team members.

Salary:
$30, $35,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Quality in the automotive industry: 5 years (preferred)
