We're looking for a passionate and dynamic
Brand Manager to join our Mexico Marketing team. This role will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the Company's strategic goals.


Mexico
Associate Brand Manager is responsible for executing the plans and strategies behind the innovation Grid, Brand activations, Promotional Events, Media, and 6P levers, taking into consideration the business dynamics and opportunities.


What you will do

  • Brand Strategy
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic growth plans to achieve the brand's short and longterm business objectives.
  • GotoMarket & Integrated Marketing Communications coordinate the team for following the innovation process leading to a successful launch, create and execute launching plans & campaigns. Build exciting selling stories for our customers and lead communications briefs for our agencies & internal team.


  • Insights & Analytics

  • Develop strong business and functional understanding of both: the maintenance & the therapeutic brands, understanding condition segments (eg weight), our products, and the competitive set, and assist in developing plans to address issues/opportunities Understand the clinic retail environment, sales reps, and field team needs to deliver strong promotional and marketing programs


  • Customer Engagement

  • Conduct meetings and conference call with key customers; review current products, upcoming launches, plans, etc.
  • Commercial Planning and Monitoring
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of brand sales, volume, market share, promotional activities, competitive insights; Recommend areas for brand improvement and remediation
  • Pricing &

RGM:
monitors suggested retail prices (all public information) and ensures the competitiveness of our portfolio. Creates analysis that helps us maximize profit and have the right portfolio.

  • A&P: is responsible for the correct planning, control, and monitoring of the brands' A&P budget. Coordinating different users for ensuring the right budget management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, or management consulting
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration and influence ability
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Creative thinking and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CPG, pharmaceutical, or veterinary professions
  • Pet Industry knowledge and experience
  • Experience working with Crossfunctional Teams
  • Being able to influence and inspire others
