    Job Position: Installation Coordinator - Latam
    Location:
    Remote (EST Timezone)

    Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM EST

    Job Description :

    As our Installation Scheduler, you'll be the organizational backbone of our installation department, ensuring that every job is scheduled efficiently and executed to the highest standard. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our installations, coordinating closely with our team to achieve exemplary results. If you're a meticulous organizer and a proactive communicator, this role is for you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the lead installer and installation manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, contributing to the companys financial objectives.
    • Handle customer communications with professionalism and courtesy, including answering calls and scheduling equipment installations.
      Dispatch installation jobs to installers and apprentices, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships to achieve high satisfaction levels.
    • Manage and prepare all necessary equipment and materials for each job, following a strict quality checklist.
    • Participate in all training sessions and actively engage in on-the-job learning to enhance job performance.
    • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time, including municipal permits, state rebates, and coordination with subcontractors.
