- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor data, and key underwriting assumptions.
- Due Diligence & Transactions: Manage stakeholders, synthesize data, and oversee deal closures with attention to detail.
- Investment Memos & Presentations: Prepare materials for the Investment Committee and potential investors.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, consultants, legal advisors, and partners.
- Asset Management & Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, update financial models, and propose solutions for deviations.
- Disposition & Returns Analysis: Support asset sales, manage distributions, and analyze investment returns.
- 3–5 years in real estate investment or financing; strong financial modeling for complex projects (JV structures, capital stacks, DCF, waterfalls, scenario/sensitivity analysis).
- Strong grasp of macroeconomic trends, capital markets, and real estate fundamentals for underwriting and project analysis.
- Effective cross-cultural communication; fluent in English & Spanish, Portuguese desirable.
