  • Orion is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to work remotely in Mexico

Requirements of the Role:


  • Identify, design, and deliver testing solutions increasing test effectiveness and coverage, while reducing the cost of test execution.
  • Design and execute the test strategy and plan.
  • Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with team to develop automated test scripts.
  • Report bugs found by automation, raising visibility when necessary.
  • Participate in agile software development ceremonies.
  • Take ownership over your work and your projects.
  • Hold yourself and your teammates to a high bar

Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.
  • Experience with Javascript for testing (Python or other scripting languages are ok.)
  • Experience creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and working with the software development team.
  • Experience creating Test Suites for Junior Manual Testers.
  • Have 2+ years of professional experience with Postman.
  • Experience with Packflow, Appium, or other automation frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps.
  • To be certified in ISTQB.
