Compensation:
$5 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel arrangements for executives
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents as needed
- Plan, organize, and manage company events, including conferences, meetings, and teambuilding activities
- Assist in preparing and organizing files, documents, and contracts
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other topics as needed
- Provide management and reporting meetings with the owners to inform them of campaign conversion and provide suggestions on how to improve
- Support our marketing efforts by managing all social media platforms, including creating and monitoring daily posts
- Book and manage virtual meetups and podcasts
- Continually work on conversions and awareness
- Focus on highnetworth individuals who have fulltime jobs and little time to learn how to invest
- Create new ideas and keep up with marketing strategies
- Update investors and create financial reports depicting the process of the business plan and any announcements
- Complete tasks remotely
- Conduct followup calls and informational calls
- Raise awareness of the company raising money to grow investment dollars in apartments and deliver tax savings
- Source deals and generate leads
- Help with managing budgets and expense reports
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
- Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
