The Sales Operations Organization leads the digital transformation with the expected outcome to become a more experience-driven organization. It is a strategic function that helps drive HP's Digital Transformation.


We build relationships with HP Customers, Partners as well as dedicated sales teams, understanding operational business models, identifying challenges, and finding solutions in the operational process.

_ Responsibilities:
_


  • Leads multiple complex operational processes related to seting up Compensation Plan for Sales
  • Interacts with Deign team, Data team, Anaplan team.
  • Contributes to deliver Sales Letters on Day
  • Acts as a project manager for complex medium to large projects.
  • Owns highly complex business sensitive deliverables; interprets complex analyses and reports, making recommendations and/or decisions on moderately complex issues.
  • Provides expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies.
  • Provides leadership and training on specific processes to entry and intermediate level employees.

_ Education and Experience Required:
_


  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 610 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.

_ Knowledge and Skills:
_


  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies.
  • Foundational understanding of the business models and Go-ToMarket strategies
  • Proven analytical skills coupled with willingness to continuously learn
  • Solid computer literacy, curious to work with various technical tools to gain efficiencies
  • Drive & a creative power to meet continuous challenges of the role
  • Proven problemsolving skills
