TopFoxx is a rapidly-growing, women-owned start-up founded in New York City, that develops unique, innovative women's eyewear and accessories, centered around a mission of charitability and commitment towards sustainability.

We are currently
seeking a Graphic and Video Designer who can bring this mission to life through graphics, marketing content, and unique designs that are cohesive across all platforms.

As the architect of the design department, this individual must be able to conceptualize all design initiatives, elevate their abilities and continuously enhance the brand image over time through deep trend research, professional growth, and consistent attention to customer needs.

You will work directly with
our CEO and founder, other high-level management members and a team of highly skilled individuals to collaborate and develop.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop creative material independently research and strategizing, concept development, design and edits.
  • Use creative and innovative ideas to develop exciting and intriguing content that will engage our followers, attract new audiences, and increase awareness of the brand products and mission.
  • Collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Managers, and design teams to determine aesthetic direction.
  • Creating and editing highquality and trendfocused videos turning them into content assets for individual platforms on Social Media, Website and additional marketing channels.
  • Video length will range from shortform (530 seconds) and longform (30 seconds to 5 minutes); Longer form videos may be needed for future marketing events.
  • Video edits take place through Adobe Suite programs and Social Media platforms (Instagram and TikTok) depending on content needs.
  • Use creative and innovative ideas to develop exciting and intriguing content that will engage our followers, attract new audiences, and increase awareness of the brand products and mission, that lead ultimately to increased revenue on our Paid Social, Organic Social and Website.
  • Plan and execute design initiatives for product launches, website updates, sales and other key events to ensure audience engagement, brand awareness, and cohesive aesthetic alignment throughout the company.
  • Consistent research on fashion, marketing and graphic trends in the global ecommerce space and luxury fashion industry.
  • Continuous analysis of website, marketing materials, social media platforms and all other company designs to find areas of improvement.
  • Ability to endlessly enhance the visual representation of the brand through innovation, forecasting, and individual professional development.
  • Responsible for the production and distribution of photography and videography across all channels including Instagram and TikTok.

Required Experience & Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience in graphic & video design and creative collaboration within the global fashion industry.
  • Must be comfortable producing and editing both photos and videos on each platform
  • Instagram, TikTok, Adobe Suite.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite also willingness to improve skills in this software, including new programs and features added.
  • Experience with relevant tools
    :Photoshop (must), Illustrator, After Effects (bonus)
  • A keen eye for luxury fashion aesthetics and design, highlevel understanding of trends in the fashion, ecommerce and global landscape, and detailed focus on concept development is a must.
  • Ability to work independently, where assignments can be completed from initial concept to final design, while collaborating with other key team members is essential.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, with forecasting ability and forward planning is crucial.
  • Must stay abreast of all graphic trends to ensure the highest quality designs, strategies and concepts are integrating into the company image and aesthetic.
  • Must be willing to work overtime during key seasons and events, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.

Salary & Benefits:

- $600 - $1,000 per month to start

Salary is performance-driven and will grow
